there was a copy at the strand yesterday (must be a reviewer's copy since the book will be released may 1). i was very excited when i saw it, but rather disappointed upon leafing through it and did not buy it. it seemed too focused on mid-late 90s--hardly anything about his work in the 70s and 80s, seemingly just a handful of small pictures. it didn't seem very comprehensive or scholarly.
