I think Leighton (and/or her stylist) did a good job in picking out a dress that is risky but she can totally pull off. It's one of those things that if (no offense to either of these two, they both have great style, it just wouldn't go well with this dress) Lo or Miley wore it, people might be like "What is that?" but she can wear it so flawlessly. She has a great bod for it and her personality/attitude totally compliments it.

Kristen is the type of girl whose look completely changes when she changes her hair color. The blond Kristen is like a completely different person than the brunette Kristen.

I do not know which one I prefer, but she looks lovely here.
