This collection is tiny, only 16 looks! It's also kind of... not that good. Some of the tops are very ill-fitting and the ugly wigs are a huge turn-off. I only love the 3rd look.

yeah i love the classic vandevorst elements but i'm not crazy about those gowns except for the that blue satin look with the shirting attached.

This collection is a huge disappointment for me, particularly off the back of their last two collections. It's still good, but it doesn't have the indelible effect that AW12 and SS13 had. I hope A. Friend wasn't at the expense of their RTW collections.

Those peplum styled pieces can die a long, slow, painful death, but everything else looks pretty solid to me. I've seldom loved paisley so much. Those printed gowns are exquisite, I would love to see the right person show up to an event in one of those and make a mockery of the others in their popular house gowns. The short asymmetrical jackets emulate when you pull something around you really tightly for comfort when you're outside, and I think it's quite sexy and brilliant to actually construct pieces that way.

Is it as strong as their usual collections, no. Am I just a huge fan girl who loves everything they do, admittedly a little. It truly does resonate with me though.

I find this collection utterly fascinating. Not something I would wear, but something I could look at and appreciate as art.

I love it too, to me I think it's quite strong collection.

I like the idea of the big bangs, with only visible pinky-redish lips .... I feel like they wanted us to focus only on the clothes...

All you need women to be gorgeous as a godess is a good lipstick and an amazing outfit ...

are the girls wearing long gloves ? or is it painted black ?

I think this collection suffers because of its smallness. There are great ideas here not fully explored, reiterated, combined. I thought the pants were terrible and the gowns very lovely, especially the last one. Strange that those who had a strong showing last season had such sophomoric efforts (Haider Ackermann, A.F. Vandevorst)

I was there and the presentation started with a pretty good video, made in David Lynch style. I hope they will upload it soon.

So, yeah, not their strongest collection. I'm still gaga over that first jacket though.

you know the collection is really growing on me. that video furthers that feeling too. reminds a lot of that glamourous yet mysterious era of film noir with a little touch of hitchcock's leading ladies.
