A Second Lookbook

That's really cool, solg!

I like to use Photoshop and Publisher for work....it's fun to play with that stuff.

Very cool Solg, thank you for sharing!!! I like the Elle cover a lot too.:flower:

thanks for the comments!! :D

The Elle one is nice. I don't like Duff so I won't comment. How did you do this exactly? Is the cover made entirely by you? Or did you just cut and paste the picture into the cover?

i made it from scratch. i took the pic, took the mag's names and past them, wrote the texts, put tags, brushes, lines, everything

This is my Chenille Chanel-Parody Jacket Click the images for a larger version. I made it out of chenille-embroidered cotton fabric (like those old 1950s bedspreads, but I bought this new). I just completely lucked out to find perfectly matching bobble trim!

Bobblies!

It goes really great with this skirt and a little white lace camisol under the jacket.

My slogan remains: "good taste is somebody else's problem."

I'll come back with images of some of my newest tee-shirt fabric projects soon.

mouko- i love your contour lines! i always think that contour line drawings come out really cool, i especially love the wrinkles in the jeans. B)

Great stuff from everyone. Here are three illustrations I've done. ^_^

Ok I'm not really sure if this is the right place to post this but before I got thinking about expressions, so started cutting faces from a magazine and cutting it out so only the mouth and eyes were there but attatched, then I started to squash them because I got bored and these little things happened...

Loving everyones stuff as usual!!!

Ultra-Gloss Illustrations

I noticed some people had their own threads on their own work so I decided to make one of my own, as some of you may know I have a blog ( http://ultra-gloss.blogspot.com ) which I update with fashion illustrations, some posted on "TFS Fashion Illustrations" and also the "Runway Illustration Thread" and i guess ive put quite alot into the "TFS Fashion Illustrations" thread, which isnt fair on other people :innocent::flower::heart:

Anyway
, Ill post most of my new ones in this thread, I use graphic tablets with my work, and its progressing quite a bit.

Also I would love to hear your comments on my work good/bad :flower:^_^;) and because I sometimes have trouble on deciding which runway images to do an illustration from, Please suggest because I love doing work which I dont choose...and as you can see from here and my blog, I usually focus on Dior, Galliano, Chanel etc...So your images would be great help:flower:

............Here are a few of my latest pictures :flower:

Hi JR1

I really like your illustrations!

I'm currently working on a school project, me and some friends have teamed up to create a mens magazine focusing on fashion.

What I wondered was wether you would be interested in creating some illustrations for us?

Unfortunetaly we are not in the position of beeing able to pay you for it, but we will feature your name on the illustrations etc.

Contact me through the Private Messages service if it sounds like something your intrested in.

The collections we could use illustrations of are:
Burberry Prorsum Men Spring 2006 (RTW)
Bottega Veneta Men Spring 2006 (RTW)

pictures of the shows can be found at style.com

Looking forward to hearing from you

Jesper D, Stockholm Sweden

i like them all the only bad thing i can say is that they're all a bit too similar - maybe try a different media or like wild abstract poses?

Thanks for all your comments :flower:

Jesper D, I would love to do some illustrations for your magazine, and I will do them right now - Would you be able to either put a link to my blog in the magazine, or send me some pictures of the magazine? And dont worry about the money :flower:

VICTIM
, I feel your right, but at the moment I try to stick with the image that I have, although I might try and change the poses or something...:ermm:
