How true!! I was looking at the wonderful vintage fashion show videos thread and the girls all looked- I don't know- just so grown up and sophisticated compared to a lot of the models today...Much nicer then, to me anyway...

Gia? Really? I don't see it.
But it's neat that we all see different people in Lara.
I see Kristen and Daniela.
Hipswing sees Daniela, Bardot, and Faye Dunaway.
You see Bardot and Gia.

On that cover(again I haven't seen her outside of that) of course she does...just look at her work like the Cosmo covers,jokes! The lips,skin,teeth,the sassiness...its Gia. At least to me anyway.

I mean hell its been over two weeks,its sadly kinda obvious so give us all the official story in English and her proper respect! Katoucha the runway legend,mother,activist!

Ahhh,that photo brought it all home just as much as the words. Beautiful yet haunting,haunting photo. She was missing for awhile so I kinda knew,just didn't want to accept it and was keeping hope. But now you can't argue with that blogger's post. I wish I could but it makes so much sense,she's gone. The French were on this story,too bad the US wasn't...but I'm still waiting on some kinda of fitting tribute/word on her passing.

sad news about Katoucha, she was the perfect couture model with her exotic aristocratic features with great poise and grace on the runway. i didn't really follow her career but i recognize her face. R.I.P. Katoucha
