I can only hazard a guess, and say that it is Valeria Mazza (judging from the angle and the fact that she also modeled for the Versace campaign; if not exactly that particular one).

It's also not the only picture of Claudia in that campaign. I've seen three images. The one above plus two others of her by herself. There's a small pic of her solo ads at the Versace forum.
