Here is the whole interview with Marko Jarić from Story magazine. 
Story: How do you feel after arrival of your daughter?
I am still in a complete emotional chaos. The baby was born a bit prematurely. Although we expected that Adriana will deliver a child this month because she was in the 9th month of pregnancy, when we went to the doctor, they told us that she had to stay and give birth on the same day.
Story: Were you present during the birth?
It was an incredible feeling, an indescribable cocktail of emotions. Before Adriana gave birth to Valentina, a lot of close friends had told me that it is impossible to define until you have that experience.
Story: Why have you decided to name her Valentina?
That’s the name we choose couple months ago. We gave it a lot of thought, since I’m from Serbia, she is from Brazil and we lived in Italy and France, we realized that baby must have international name,common for Brazil and Serbia as well.
Story: Did Adriana gave birth natural way, C- section or epidural?
She had natural childbirth in Presbyterian Hospital NY. She wanted to be awake, when our baby girl came to world and because of that she did not want anesthetics.
Story: How did you celebrate arrival of your daughter? Did your friends rip off your shirt (old Serbian tradition)?
Currently we are in NY, nobody from my family wasn’t here when Valentina was born. She was born bit prematurely, so everybody who supposed to be here was not able to make it on time, but they will come this week.
Story: Serbian media speculated a lot about yours glamorous wedding. Did you pick time and date?
We waited to calm the media frenzy and we wanted that people stop talking about that .But now when baby arrived, truth to be told, we do not think about us, only how to adapt to new situation.
Story: Did you decide in which church you are going to baptize your daughter: orthodox or catholic?
She is definitely going to be baptized in orthodox church, and maybe in Catholic as well, we will see. Although we didn’t think about it, we still have time. These days I only think about this amazing feeling.
Story: How did your parents Srecko and Leposava react on birth of their granddaughter? Will they come in New York?
They have not arrived yet, but they will be here soon. They didn’t arrive on time because baby came earlier. Still, Adriana’s mother Maria came before birth, turns out that she arrived right on time.
Story: Can you determine to whom baby looks like?
Surely she is going to be beautiful like her mother. She has dark black hair, and she has beautiful mouth like her mother. She inherited only the best from the both of us.
Story: Do you help Adriana with the baby; do you give baths and change diapers?
Aside from nurses and nannies, Adriana gets help from her mother too. We have lot of people who are helping us, but the problem is that, right now, she wants to do it all alone and situation is a little bit tense. Considering the fact that baby came few days ago, only now we are beginning to function.
Story: What’s your plan on raising your daughter? Are you supporter of traditional upbringing, or are you for more modern approach?
The moment the baby girl was born, I realized that nothing that I have done in my life and career, all my successes and medals, cannot be replaced by this feeling and that I actually haven’t done anything so far. I cannot plan what kind of a father I will be, nor what I want to be, the time will show. As soon as she was born, my daughter has won my heart.
Story: At the beginning of Adriana pregnancy media speculated that you will have a baby boy?
At first we thought that we are going to have a baby boy. When Adriana was at doctor’s appointment in Brazil, they told us that is going to be a boy, later on we find out that we will have baby girl.
Story: Would you prefer more that she pursues sport or model career?
I don’t care about that and I don’t want to think about it. In my opinion, her mother is the most beautiful woman in the world and if she wants to be in the fashion world as well, the doors are wide open.
Story: Have you decided were are you going to live?
We don’t know that yet. For now, we are in New York, during my NBA career we are definitely going to be in USA. Both of ours careers are linked to USA, so we are going to live on destination New York- Miami.
Story: In USA there is a lot of interest for baby pictures. Have you decided anything about that?
I don’t want my baby to become focus of paparazzi objectives, so surely we will try to protect her as much as we can. Now is certain, that we will not be leaving our apartment first couple of weeks.

I know, Val is going to be soo tall, she's got tall genes on both sides of the family so it's a pretty sure shot.

Actually it's probably coming, she has a very good relationship with People mag... it's the only mag she's given info too, first the engagement, then the marriage, then the pregnancy, and then the birth. Plus she said she would have work...so I'm guessing we'll get one when Val gets a little bit older (I suspect Jan or so)
