after scrub or mask??

Hey there,

i'm new to this forum. And i have a question...
After scrubbing your face, or using a cleansing mask, do you usually moisturize? I read the labels, but it's nowhere on the tab.

After a scrub or mask immediatly after i splash cold water on my face to close my pores- then- I slather on moisturizer.

You can never go wrong with moisturizing

I always moisturise. You skin has just had intensive deep cleaning, so it will need it

4) Tonic/Lotion (depending on the type of mask)

Same here. I always moisturize after using a scrub/mask. They can really dry out your face, so you should.

I used not to moisturize after the scrubbing, because i had a lot of pimples, and i thought that drying them out like that was a good idea, it worked most of the times...
But i find that if i moisturize after scrubbing my skin becomes very red and starts to glow.
Do you have this??

It probably means that you have sensitive skin..or that your your skin is relatively thin.
My skin turns red after scrubbing or after a session at the beautician..so much so that despite putting calming lotions and fluids on my skin..I look like I-don't-know-what.

I have the following routine for my "mixed skin" when I do masks twice a week:

1) Washing-Gel
2) Cleansing Water
3) Mask
4) Moisture Cream
