Both VS girls have succesfull fashion model past.Gisele,KK was number one on the list of models.com for ages...Ale and Adriana had also succesfull fashion career.What you said is nosense.VS is not playboy or maxim....Believe or not most of the fashion girls dying to replace those girls and their multi-mullion dollar contracts.And VS is a lot more respected now in the fashion community.There is reasons vs girls doesn't do fashion as much as they used to.They don't have time to do runways or etc.. and also they don2t need to do runways.Fashion models earns avarage 15.000-50.000 per runways and its pretty tough job,they can't make money from the mags ,the only thing they man make real money is ads.But VS models doesn't need to do that.They are making enourmous amount of money so they don't bother to do runways.Also when a models become really big they barely do runways.Yes at this point even if they want they couldn't do prada or chanel but they still can do some big names.But VS pays them sooo much all in all its all for the how much they can make the money.Plus vs gives models a name.In fashion business now,its all about unkown models who can only be succesfull for 3 years and than they ll dissappear.Ale and other angels are all immune to this.

I think you should know that models.com is very subjective with their rankings.

You said they had a fashion past. That's right. But they don't have a fashion future, unfortunately.

In theory, they could do the big name fashion ads, if they wanted to bother, but most big fashion brands don't want a VS girl in their ad as a matter of fact.

Money is a good reason, I said it in the first place. But to me, that's the only good reason.

I don't like VS and I don't like Ale doing it, like it or not. It's not like Playboy, but it's still a bit trashy imo... I did say that it's all a matter of taste in the first place, but you guys prefered to argue than agree to this. Well, fine, but... whatever... I think Ale screwed up her career as a fashion model when she became an angel for VS. She's a commercial supermodel now, which is way not the same thing.

I don't think what I wrote is mean or anything ButI m sorry if its sounds mean to you and If offended to you.
I understand the fact that you don't like VS and also myself wants to see Ale to do something outside the vs bubble.I like when she appeared on mag or ads.But she already made her decision.At this point there is no turning back.You would be suprised which high fashion designer wants to see her on his runway but she couldn't do it because of her very stirct vs schedule.VS has the priority because they are ale's family now.the thing strongly I disagree is being a vs girl doesn't make ale less respected.As for Gisele and KK,they are supermodels,yeah models.com ranking is subjective but you should have to be high fashion to enter that rankings.and Gisele and KK still on the icon list.Anyway everyone has different opinions,and as I said before I did not want to hurt you or anything.Sorry if I do that.

I don't understand why you think stepping so far back down the ladder would be a good idea. They are far above and beyond what you call 'big name fashion'. If they went back to that it would be a signal that their career is almost over, much the same as a former big name actor like Lindsay Wagner , Mickey Rooney or James Garner doing infomercials.

"Big Name" fashion is something you strive for as a new model, not after you've already become a celebrity. It's a stepping stone up to where the VS girls are. It is NOT something for them to step up to.

So...what's my problem with your "snail-walk" net connection & what your problem with my post?
There are a lot of Alessandra fans in TFS hwo want to see these great animations,so be respectful,cause it isn't the first time when a member post an animation.
P.S:If the mods considere that the animation posts are not allowed,they could add this rule at "rules & terms".

It isn't necessary to load the board down and cause increased bandwith usage which costs TFS and SocialKnowledge money.

One last time. Those that CHOOSE to see a certain animation can easily do so by clicking a specific link, rather than all members being forced to wait for ALL of them to load every time they access or reload this page whether they want to see them or not.

It's a matter of courtesy to the board and the other members.

And yes I have seen a board rule quoted about it, but I don't know where it is posted.

It's difficult to talk to people, who don't seem to read my posts well...

I did clearly state that I don't like the 'celebrity factor' of being a VS angel as well as it's luck of an artistic touch. That's my opinion. If you like celebrities, that's yours. And, since we have different opinions, what's a step back to you is not that to me. I just don't see how being a commercial supermodel is a good thing. If you can't understand it, whatever...

I for instance like Alessandra much more than the current fashion girls like Gemma, Sasha, etc., but their works are more appealing to me.

I was referring to this one phrase of yours that I quoted. But, if you didn't mean to sound mean, I'll take your word for that.
