The smell of coffee brewing in the morning is the best way to wake up and it's how I like to start my Sunday. I need to rise fairly early so I can steal my favourite sections of the paper before my family gets them. The world news and opinion sections are my favourites but my guitly pleasure is definitely the horoscope page... I can always make it relevant to my life
Once my fate is established, I'll take my gorgeous Maltese puppy to brunch at Small Block Cafe in Brunswick, It's her Sunday, too, after all. If the mood takes me, the vintage shops along Sydney Road and Brunswick Street are always worth a visit. There's never a shortage of amazing finds.
Lately I've mastered the art of knitting and have built up a backlog of requests from family and friends so the afternoon can always be spent working on cable-knit scarves. This comes with the added bonus of being ablt to chuck my pyjamas back on.
Come the evening, I like to hide away with good friends and a glass of wine at local Brunswick bar the Alderman. Catching up on boyfriends, study, work and life is the perfect way to end the day.
