Allstars: Do's Or Dont's

What's your opinion: The (classic) Converse Allstars...a do or a don't this and the following season, both for men and women I mean....

never liked them. Just because they were recently a trend didn't make me change my mind. Too...rubbery and blah if you ask me.

Where I live, they are totally hot again.....but I already had them before they became 'totally hot'...

Mr Dale - I think they are much more popular in europe. I think they are quite classic.

They're not over and they're not hot. That's what "classic" means. But go for white, or off chite (cream) lo rises only.

No, not as a guy....I think that the balck one is perfect for a guy and that most of the lighter colours belong to girls. That's teh Allstar law here in Europe

I never wore them for the 'trend' - although I do admit they looked cute on Liv Tyler and Scarlett Johansson... I wear them for the comfort factor, and I think they're super cute dressed down with jeans for a casual day of shopping. Classic black and hot pink are the way to go for me, but each to their own

i like them, i dont own a pair. but i would definatly buy a pair when the trend is completely over here. because i hate following trends. i just wear whats comfortable.

No, no, no! Black cons=goth student. I'm from Europe (UK anyway), and got to disagree. For reference see Junya Watanabe SSo4 and AW 02 collections.
