Amy Winehouse has been cleared of punching dancer Sherene Flash at a charity ball last September.
Sherene claimed the 25-year-old hit her forcefully in the right eye after she asked the singer for a photograph while backstage at the Prince's Trust Ball in Berkeley Square.

But the judge at City of Westminster Magistrates' Court in London, dismissed the case against Winehouse today saying:

"Having heard the evidence from all the witnesses, I cannot be sure that this was not an accident. The charge is dismissed and the defendant discharged."

As she left the courtroom earlier today (dressed in a different outfit than the one she'd arrived in), the Back To Black singer said: "I'm relieved. I'm going home."

I love the Westwood outfit, but why does she always have that hair whenever she's in London?! She needs to take the wig off and have her natural hair. Though I don't like her short curly hair, she should straighten it. I'm sure she would look great with short hair.

I know what you mean by saying she should just straighten her hair as it would probably look good, but that beehive is so iconic to her now, no longer the Ronettes imo, she's a 1960's girl at heart and as long as she keeps that beehive tame then she'll continue to look great

I would personally love to see her come with another hairstyle. Something diferent and fresh. I know short straight hair would be boring, especially for her, but I would love to see it on her.
