See, the only thing i can think is that she wanted to show just how hard she has been working on getting better. And for people to be able to see the difference. I dont know...

She did look healthier with her freckles, but the effect only works when they're natural, though Chanel released a freckle pencil years ago, Le Crayon Rousseur, for drawing on false ones.
