Amy stays in London for a while
Amy Winehouse has revealed she’ll be living in London for at least the next few months — she has to get busy recording her new album. Speaking to Britain’s News of The World newspaper, the Rehab singer said the album — the follow-up to her hugely successful second record Black to Black — will be sung in English, rather than the Caribbean island’s native language as she had planned. “I’m going to be in London for a while now,” said Amy. “I’m not going to go home [to St Lucia] for a while. I’ve got a lot of stuff with my record company to sort out. This is a new chapter for me. I’ve got some things we’re very excited about, definitely. I like being back.”

She has shunned the stage for months after spending a protracted spell in St Lucia recovering from a drink-and-drug fuelled meltdown.
But Amy Winehouse finally returned to the limelight yesterday with two impromptu appearances at V Festival
Not that anyone was expecting an onstage appearance from the notoriously unpredictable chanteuse.
This even seemed to include the security guards who attempted to lure Amy out of the limelight after she gatecrashed Pete Doherty's performance.

A tanned and healthy-looking Amy Winehouse performed with British band The Specials made a rare appearance on stage at the V Festival yesterday

Back on form: Amy Winehouse joined The Specials for a surprise guest appearance
The singer had appeared in the wings mid-set before running on stage and kissing Doherty, then running and hiding behind a drum.
Security appeared to ask her to move but she remained put until Doherty dedicated a song to her.
She grabbed the grabbed the microphone and called to the crowd repeatedly: 'Ladies and gentlemen, Mr Peter Doherty.'
Towards the end of the set she kissed the singer on the mouth and shortly afterwards they ran off stage together arm-in-arm.

Not digging the blonde streaks either, but I'm glad she's not got that ugly, sticky, filthy-looking beehive any more.

Genuinely surprised you don't think she looks any better. Her face is so gaunt in the right hand pic and her skin is awful. Don't get me wrong, I don't think she is the epitome of health and beauty, but she's a lot better IMHO.
