Don't worry ladies ^^ It wasn't always in such a stunning condition! I'm sure she's discovered plenty of fantastic & innovative facials that give her that cleansed glow. You can see outbreaks and attempts at cover ups a lot in her younger days even up to Tomb Raider. And it wasn't very smooth as seen in the opening Close Up in GIA. Means that it's possible to achieve at least!
