I'm sure this will be an unpopular opinion, I actually find this look a bit lacklustre and over-done. The colour is washing her a bit. Imagine the dress in royal blue or green.

This is a bit sensitive, but I don't think a straight across strapless bodice is the most flattering bodice for her body post surgery. She had a similar neckline for one of the Maleficent premieres, and the proportions of her body also looked slightly off.

I'm eagerly anticipating the reviews to By The Sea. Her previous directorial debuts haven't exactly been critical darlings, so I'm curious to see how this film pans out.

i love her hair, dark like this, the best.
and i love how natural her hair and makeup are styled. just gorgeous in the close ups!

agree rose n toast. to me this style makes her figure look disproportionate. also agree that colour would've been nice, but i don't mind this ivory.

on another note, she and brad always look so at ease and happy. really hope this film is a good one!

really? I think the versace silver dress is the best thing she's worn all year. i'm not sure her bust size has changed radically post surgery - maybe it's slightly bigger. but some of those matronly high necked long sleeved gowns she has been wearing over the past couple weeks aren't really doing her any favors.

by the sea is getting a critical drubbing here - for being boring and obvious. however, it only cost 8 million. the good news is that it will make back the budget.

Jolie is producing a movie Difret that is currently out in theater. you can read about it here This movie is actually critically acclaimed.

It's quite interesting to compare what she's worn to By the Sea's premiere to what she wore to the premiere of Mr and Mrs Smith. Her premiere look is pretty but I kind of miss the Angelina who wore a leather Versace dress to the premiere of a film that made every person in the world think that she was an evil home wrecker who helped to break Jennifer Aniston's heart.
