Agree! I like the outfit. It beats that leopard print she was trying to rock for several years. Good to see her back to being the fashion icon that she was in the sixties!

I feel stupid asking this - but what caused her bone structure to completely change and her skin to thicken?
I'm not that familiar with the effects of heroin and/or alcohol...but her mandible (bottom jaw) looks huge. Her head looks disproportionate to her body.

I also noticed that her head and chin is somewhat disproportionned. I would think that it is simply the aging process. Everyone does age differently and features such as nose, ears, chin sometimes become bigger, as the lips do usually shrink. She might also had dental problems which might change the shape of her jaw. But in all fairness, I think she does look good when she smiles. Sort of uplift her whole face.

Agreed! Her smile makes her look just like a cheshire cat....still today!

She indeed has had dental problems, already in the 70s. Which is due to her heroin addiction, I'd say. All those drugs simply ruin your teeth, no arguing about that. It's just how it is, unfortunately.
Also, she's had some hip operations in the 20 years which is why she walks with a slight drawl.

I agree on what you guys said about her head seeming to be dirproportioned to her body. It even looks a bit unflattering in the pics I posted above (although I love the outit! ), but apart from that she's actually still very beautiful.
I guess older people can indeed look worse after having been a drug addict over a long period in your earlier life! Definitely!

I must say, that is not what I was thinking...I thought I would see Anita as the Queen.....I would have never known that was Anita unless you told me!

I watched the movie recently, and she looks cute in it - like a little old granny. It was very strange whenever the scene with Anita and James Fox lying in bed together came on - I mean, one can't ignore the fact that it was exactly 40 years ago that they were filming the explicit bedroom scenes for Performance. Very weird, but also very cool. He has aged better than she has, of course.
