Perhaps this is only regarding the international stores? So if they are shipping the collection out June 15th, the international stores won't get the collection until mid-July...

It would make no sense if they started carrying the fall collection in the flagship store already in June... I mean, the summer season hasn't even come to an end yet, who would buy it? Also, that would make the SS06 season last for only 4 months?

I agree that fall is starting way too soon. YSL and Prada have already gotten from fall things in, not even pre fall! It's crazy, summer is barley here.

i think the delivery dates are ex-factory so yes, the stores could put them up later...

altho...let's be honest they make the serious $ from f/w. it's not even hot in new york and everything at barneys is already 40%. i'm sure it'd be almost the same to everyone to not even carry s/s and just do f/w all year round and then just a light resort to break it up.

Apparently the shops should start carrying the fall collection in August. This is because that is after the official sale period in Belgium, that starts in the first week of July and lasts 4 weeks (which I hear is very strict in Belgium as shops are forbidden to give discounts before that date).

So I went ahead and called their flagship store... They will start carrying the new collection in the first week of August.

I know it was so hard to decide what to purchase but I really needed black pants. I came VERY close to getting the mohair scarf and the stripe pull.

wow, some gorgeous stuff, especially the stripey pull and the leather jacket. i'm glad she did those scars-cum-headgear things again - i love those.

I just checked out the womens clothes, the stripped cardigan caught my attention the most, I may end up getting that.

Uhm.. from LVR's menswear selection, I'm definitely interested in the striped pull with a hood, the soft garbadine trousers and the fine jersey t-shirt..

from the collection in general, I'm most certainly getting the jacket with attached belt.. (the first look from the menswear show). Perhaps the boots as well...

It should be interesting to see what they have in their flagship store...

as uaual, you have great taste. I actually prefer the men's striped pull to the womans. I heard the boots were amazing from the Antwerp store.

yeah it should be interesting to check out those boots..

the striped pull is truly beautiful, only thing that makes me a little bit hesitant is the material.. it is so fragile

have you received your coat yet?

that is one of the reason's I didn't order the pull either. I like my knits to be a bit more substantial, but maybe that is the appeal of this particular one, also so you could wear it under a jacket.

no coat yet. it's sent with insurance so no big deal, but I have no idea how long it takes since it's through a french postal company that I can't access since I dont read a bit of french. the seller gave me the company and a tracking number but it does me no good since I have no idea where to put it in. I'll just have to be patient, difficult I know.
