Oh lucky, that's a shame about the waistcoat. I really hate it when that happens, especially with pieces that just can't be altered. The eyelet pants are adorable though--how will you wear them?

softie, those shoes were EVERYWHERE on sale after the spring season! So funny...I distinctly remember you not liking them! Anyway, I wouldn't be surprised if a pair shows up on ebay...i will keep my eyes peeled and for multi's boots as well.

**I like the direction you are taking with your style lately, btw...pants are feeling very right for me too lately, so elegant and cool.

but i am definitely veering back towards demeulemeester's style after several seasons of not really 'feeling' it...
not sure why that is...
but it seems to have started with the tao pants somehow......

Do the boots only run in mens size? They are beyond comparison

These shoes are on sale for $100. Do you think they'd be suitable for the upcoming spring? It's a great price & I've wanted a pair of Ann D. shoes for awhile now. The style isn't necessarily my favorite, however, I can see myself making them work with a variety of outfits, and they seem versatile enough.

but if they aren't your favourite... then maybe you should pass on them?...

they seem like they would be pretty comfy though and pretty cool...

yes, I did return them because they weren't very well made (I wonder if overall her Made in Tunisia clothes are of lesser quality than those Made in Belgium) just an observation. however, I did manage to pick up (for much less cost ...and much better quality B)) a pair of gauzy 2-layer lightweight wool ones from last spring that have a drawstring and they are perfect. I already wore them twice.

FYI, monamoore has some new season shoes up. still looking for the ones you want...

shirlee, I quite like those but I know that the toe box ran very pointy, so they have to fit just right or your toes spill over.

Not at all, multi....but I was disappointed with the F/W season. There was a coat on the runway that I really loved, but it proved very insubstantial in person, especially for $2500. When I compare her stuff to Veronique Branquinho's, for example, (which is actually less expensive) I see a huge disparity in quality.

I still Ann though, not to worry! I just look for the pieces that are made in Belgium, and I look for them on sale....

And I did find the boots I was looking for on superfuture, but the
size is way to big and on Ebay, but seller starting bid is ridiculous!
The one one on SuperFuture is the calfskin ss 07 version, and on Ebay is the a/w 07/08 version I'm also interested in. Preferable size 41/42
but a size 43 can be workable ...

Any help would be very appreciated! ...

I've been on the hunt for these forever too. Looking for 41, or 40. I was able to track down a couple 40s but they were at retail price, not willing to pay retail for these tho.
