I can't wait to hear her singing voice. I imagine she would sound a bit like Carla Bruni.

I adore Carla Bruni but I think that Anna's style of voice would be more akin to Milla J's singing voice - more husky (think of all those cigarettes!) and raucous.

The baby is due to be born at the end of march.I dont know whether shes expecting a boy or a girl though.
Karl has recently photographed her "showing of " her pregancy.
Anna is also the step-mom of 8 years old Jules -Samuel Benchetrit's son by the late French actress Marie Trintignant.

Karina, Anna plays an ukrainian(?) prostitute with whom a French soldier falls in love and then attempts to bring back with him in France. I am downloading it right now, I'll keep you updated and post captions when it's done.

Travis, Merci pour Le Chocolat was actually one of the most normal film she's done.
She is not a mainstream actress (in America, she'll be called an independent actress), but she is quite high profile because of Chanel.
In France she's about as famous as Lou Doillon, to give you an idea.

^ It's not to my taste really - but Anna is superb in it! Delicate and fragile one moment and then bubbling with indignation and anger the next..
And her outfits rock!!!!!

I only saw her in Les Amants Du Flore so far (which I watched because I'm insanely in love with Clémence Poésy) and she was so wonderful. My French is really rusty, so only understood half of the dialogue, but I was happy simply listening to her voice. Mmmmm.

All of her movies are really hard to get where I live. Meh.

Those screencaps are gorgeous, Karina, thank you! I particularly love the Chanel sweater (with the diamond star neckline) that she's wearing. Oddly, it doesn't look extravagant or over-the-top on her...
