I think her outift is very fashionable (as first posted 279). Maybe if her nails weren't red it may have looked less "tacky" as some have mentioned. Maybe the scarf is a bit misplaced? It's one of those outfits you have to see in person to feel it. Maybe a more solid hosiery would been better? But its all about how she carries herself that would make me decide if her outfit "looks" tacky.
