Apple! I finally bought a macbook yesterday and despite the hassle of spending two hours on the phone with my cable company to switch the configuration of my modem from pc to apple, I'm lovin' it!!!! Can't believe I waited so long.

mac has one big plus to me - the lack of viruses' hassle
and the minus - adobeCS is emulated and doesn't work fantastic on macBooks, hope that will change with CS3...

definitely a mac! it's user-friendly, reliable, less viruses, more bells and whistles, sleeker design... it's just better. i have a G5 and macbook pro. i will never, ever go back to a PC (Piece-a-Crap). every PC i've ever own would freeze and my work was lost. never happened to me on a mac.

I've got both (a 1 1/2 year old PowerBook and a 4 1/2 year old Dell desktop PC) and I haven't used my PC at all lately except for retrieving old contacts from my address book that I still haven't entered into my Mac (geez I'm lazy). I find that I really don't miss it. It sounds like there will soon be a way to run Windows apps on a Mac in separate windows as if they were Mac apps, except that those windows are running Windows. Craziness! I'd say this will be fantastic for anyone who wants to switch but couldn't do without a few programs that aren't available for a Mac.

I just love Macs...the design really appeals to me and I'm really excited about how integrated all my devices can become once the "iPhone" and "iTV" come out next year.

Well, I finally broke down and ordered an new MacBook. It arrives tomorrow. I'm so excited. My current laptop (titanium powerbook 15") is great, but it's time to move on.

MAC for sure! i just got the iMac g-something or other and i love it! it's so much easier now, PCs really are slow and take some much space, whereas the MAC is like that purse you always go back to cause it fits everything and does everything, plus i love playing around with camera software!

Definitely the MacBook Pro, I just think it feels better to use and is also more powerful, though I would get it even if I didn't have anything too demanding to use it for.
