The F/W 2026.27 Show Schedules...

Actually if you know enough, I'm told that you can re-program the iPhone yourself and make it fit with any phone company... which was what my uncle did.The iPhone is exclusive with AT&T. Apple signed (unfortunately) a 5 year contract with them.
Or you can take it to a computer hardware store and get it re-programmed there.

. I think if you don't wanna use AT&T, you can still unlock your iphone. Check this out http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/ele/517937211.html . They even have games...i have my heart set on getting the itouch thing after discovering it today.
Simply get the touch if you don't want a phone. One is a phone, one is an iPod. They are not the same.Any opinions to make me change my mind? Are there any alarming deficiencies? I'm not worried about memory space.
Appleshaker - why ?!
It was possible until they sent out the latest update. The update disables hackers from hacking into the phone (downloading and editing applications) which also includes taking out your SIM card and using another service's card. NOW if you put a T-mobile card in your phone to use your iPhone on T-mobile's network (this is the same for any network I'm just using T-mobile as an example) the update will recognize this and apparently "fry" your phone. I have not had it happen because the thought terrifies me (and I have always decided to put up with ATT; I love the phone enough to do that) but that's what I read: the update will literally make your phone nothing more than a paper weight if it detects another SIM card.Gwen - So once you unlock your iphone you can't get it upgraded anymore ?!! OOoooh, now that sounds scary...
Justlooking - Dude, the ipod touch is an i-pod. The iphone is an ipod, a phone, and a camera. They're both $299 (except that the ipod touch has bigger memory space - 8G. I think if you don't wanna use AT&T, you can still unlock your iphone. Check this out http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/ele/517937211.html . They even have games...
oh no!could you elaborate a bit?
