REALLY upset with ASOS.com. I placed an order October 7th, and it was shipped on October 9th. The delivery date was suppose to be October 19th. It's been over a week since then and nothing. I sent a message to ASOS and they said if it doesn't come by November 29th then to contact them again. REALLY? I have to wait almost 6-8 weeks from the time I placed my order to get my purchase?!


Anyone ever had an issue like this with them?!

UGH i'm so frustrated. i placed an order in the end of september that was supposed to be delievered no later than october 7..it never came; i contacted asos on the 8th and they told me that if i haven't received it by the 19th to contact them again. it still isn't here and i've sent two new emails about it in the last two days and still no response.... one of my friends (who lives in a different part of the country) placed an order on the same day with the same anticipated delivery date and she never got hers either. apparently her package was "lost" and they contacted her saying they'd send it out again for her, but i still haven't heard anything, wtf.... i placed an order in the beginning of october as well, and the package was supposed to be delivered no later than 20 october and i don't have that either. definitely never ordering from asos again

OMG! Totally just posted a similar story. AND I live in NYC too. So upset!

I've had 2 orders 'lost' from them since Sept. 23, and 2 more that I'm waiting for which I'm pretty certain will never show up. Their customer service has been horrible too. You can tell them your complaints here - http://www.facebook.com/#!/ASOSHeretoHelp but don't expect to get much more than generic replies from them. Tons of people are complaining about not getting their orders.... quite frustrating.

yeah, i also had a few orders lost but always got a fast reply and a refund.

my order this time was also way delayed.

Crap, I think I'm in the same boat too. My order was supposed to arrive over a week ago. I know things can get stuck at customs sometimes so I'll give it some more time I guess.. It sucks though. The item went out of stock as soon as I made the order I've never had a problem with ASOS otherwise

i've never had a problem with asos, perhaps it's because i live in europe? alot of people in the us and canada seem to have problems.

I bought the coat seeing as it was 20% off and I was scared it'd stop being that quickly. I got the last size 6. I got next day delivery so I can wear it when I'm in Paris next week Will report on the quality!
But what colours go with it? Black is all I can think of...

How did you get on with the coat? Still debating whether to order it...

^I think it depends on what you prefer?

It seems like they're currently trying to make the shop more attractive to costumers outside the UK. They have their own German shop now (which seems to be in a development state still, though), with free returns and so on. Maybe that's the reason all of these shipments don't arrive on time, because they "relocate" them to the proper country?

Yeah wasn't sure whether to get black or cream but went for the cream in the end, need to get out of my "all-black" comfort zone occasionally! The velvet dress is hit and miss, it'll either look gorgeous on or absolute crap, will find out on tuesday haha! Also not sure what kind of jacket to pair it with..hmm.

I know what you mean. The dress I posted a view pages ago was such a miss, I send it back. But I really prefer the cream version, the black one looks too much like something fit for a funeral and I also think that the cream version will much more easy and versatile to style.
