Anything new from the Versace camp? Just the same old thing from Ms. V...

I think she was trying to go for a collection that said (since she can't come up with anything new) "worked what she does best." That would be praised by critics for being "smart." But she was wrong. Everything was over-repeated outfit that appeared more than twice on past collections.

Rating: 0.9; Breaks new ground for terrible.

She's Marija Vujovic and recovered well. After that she had a look in her eye like she could have walked on a tightrope. Staircases, a narrow runway, high heels and in the dark. What recipe for challenging walking.

Big hand to FTV for airing the show last night. The music was that famous Puccini aria featured in Room with a View but I can't remember the title. There was also "Night on Bald Mountain" type stuff with an underlying house beat.

The outfits moved wonderfully and everyone looked great.

atelier versace, like saab, makes dresses specifically for the red carpet. although i am very happy to see donatella bring her couture back to the runway, i did not expect anything new from her. this is certainly better than the past few seasons of mannequins (although did it catch anyone's eye that there were few if any ethnic models? considering she gets so much press from dressing the likes of beyonce, etc., it seems she would have had at least a liya kebede take to her catwalk)

I adored the shoes - which is surprising because I didn't like the collection too much
