Atelier Versace Haute Couture S/S 2020

I like a lot of it but it looks very formulatic and expected. Versace on autopilot.
It indeed looks like someone trying to do Versace and maybe it’s time to court Riccardo again.
The self referential formula doesn’t have the charm it had when she started doing it again.

No awful Ascot hats at least this time

SS 19(?) and FW 19

Natasha's due for another Versace campaign. Just look at that 2nd to the last shot.

Tacky nouveau riche girls arrive as guests to old money's 18th century palace to meet boyfriend's parents.

What a weird collection.

Some of the draping is downright odd and tortured. Necklines are conservative and matronly at some points.

A terrible showing but at least the clients can customize it I guess.

These look like clothes Eastern European call girls would wear once they found their sugar daddy to buy it for them lol

I understand that they probably maxed out the 2019 AND 2020 budgets on booking JLo for the last campaign so it's understandable that they didn't do a proper couture show, but did the clothes really have to suffer as well???

JLo would do it for free just as long as she was guaranteed publicity.
