^the whole magazine seems dedicated to Corine Day &Cie. and those ages in the 90s...
honestly i'm not sure all the editorials are something creative or whatever and it feels very very 90s and Purple first days with Juergen Teller etc.
but this is very nice to see these kind of things nowadays.... I really want more stuff close to us, nature and environment than anything (though i'm not complaining about the Vogue P and I).... there's a true story there, there are people having fun doing their jobs.... we have a true young and fresh fashion story (simple but really nice) and not a Fashion Editor' and Photog' and Model's names.....

this is truly good.... and i'm glad you share!

I agree berlin, this is something that's been bugging me about baby baby baby for a while and that clearly sets them apart from celeste (sister publication).. celeste somehow manages to mix different decades and still speak to the current generations in a language that feels modern and representative of them.. BBB on the other hand seems to be longing for the 90s to come back.. which is a big barrier for me to get entirely into the work that's published there.. it's nice, often well shot and it certainly holds more integrity than other publications with the same aim of being slightly different and independent in their content, but at the same time, the fact that they're not paying tribute to an era of photography and fashion but are really desperate to capture something that's gone, and making it seem like that was the pinpoint of fashion when there's really a whole lot more.. it just kills my enthusiasm.. makes me want to go and get the real thing in higher quality (The Face!)..

Yeah, definitely a lot of Corinne Day here, and on a homophonic coincidence they look a lot like Harmony Korine's films aesthetic.
I have several other editions of this magazine and, unfortunately, they tend to be very repetitive as Mullet has pointed.
