Time to start working on those abs!

It's a continuing trend, I really like it this season. It's much more sleek and elegant. Very minimal. (with a few exceptions)

Yes, I have noticed a lot of this happening. An off shoot trend you could say is, long high waisted pencil skirts with short tank tops, sleeveless or otherwise, that bare only a hint of midriff a la YSL, Chloe and Versace.

The set from YSL are my favourite...im really against but if there was a favourite style as to how its done youd need to be reeeeally slim, minimal makeup, minmial accessories, and heels of course.

I dont know, i suppose theres a verrry thin line between this seeminly only runway possible trend and in real life looking like a total chav or try hard!

^I tend to agree but those Theyskens looks are really making me rethink my stance on bare midriffs. I find those looks very clean and a nice take on a style that many designers get wrong.

I also agree that the bare midriff looks great at Theyksen's Theory. Personally I don't mind this trend. It's just that I spent about 15 years of my life walking around like this, having my midriff covered only in winter when I was wearing a coat, and finally gave up doing this about a year ago because I thought I was too old now for that look  I'm not unhappy about this becoming a trend again, I have a long torso and find it hard to find tops that are long enough to cover my midriff anyway.

The Theyskens look reminds me of school girl with the first outfit and the rest makes me think of gym dress. Sorry.

although i would never have a bare midriff i really do like this trend. i like that it's being subtly done as opposed to tacky crop tops.
more givenchy and chloé thank versace and zac posen.

I totally get the whole midriff trend but I don't know how I personally feel about it. I mean yeah sure if youre a superskinny model but I don't think that it's for every woman out there. I would so not like to se my mother in this trend for example. But I do rekon that it's going to be a huge blog trend.
