BCBG Max Azria F/W 12.13 New York

^yes I definitely see the inspiration from that show and Chloe. But still im pretty impressed for a BcBG show,:D like alot of the dresses with colorblocking in interesting color combos, looks very modern and chic i would wear at least half these dresses, and the first look the leather trench is fabulous:flower:

this is definitely an extension of what BCBG has been doing the last few seasons... but I don't really have a problem with that.

I think I've said this before, but I don't look to BCBG for innovation, I think they have a brand identity and aesthetic that they stick to and it works for them

The pieces move beautifully, it looks like they're floating down the runway and they look like they'd feel good against your skin.

I kind of like their consistency.

this is an ok colection. I´ve seen much better from BCBG, but also worst.
There are some misses on this colection but also some great looks.

This is going to be one rude review :D

- I hate the way they use layers, no flattering AT ALL, which is the thing I always look for in clothess. Other words: ill-fitting

- colours, even the hint of brighter ones, looked all fuggy. Plus, I didn`t like the way of combining colours.

- fur pieces, which I am gonna hate anyway, but even fashion-objectively watched: looked really out of place in every outfit they were embedded.

One, really ugly collection.

E: and if MJ has gone Helena Bonham-Carter (not yet seen the collection, so not my words), BcBG has gone to Helena`s dumpster.
