BCBG Max Azria S/S 09 New York City

I can see this selling really well come spring. The clothes look easy and comfortable, but they manage not to fall into sloppy/shapeless territory.

It has a sort of sporty/sexy vibe going on that's kind of appealing.

wow, i just love it! The colors, the shoes, the flowing fabrics... Perfection!

I absolutely adore the shoes and the colors. The pieces are fabulous as well. It all isn't too surprising coming from BCBG but still a very, very pretty collection. Can't wait to try some of them on.

all the dress look very good. it reminds the concept of an old DVN collection. or was it Dirk B. ? i cannot remember.
but the concept was a girl just leaving the beach with the cream on her body, the water, the salt in her hair etc. so the clothes weren't worn perfectly and as she was on the beach she wore large pants and dress. the silhouette was a bit destructuré, but not so much. some of the looks there really do remind me this "concept".

I love the solid, simple but interestingly constructed dresses

the collection is very versace fall 2008:blink: the drape dresses, solid colors even the material look.

I thought this collection was free spirited but sexy and slick at the same time.

I keep coming back to the pictures and I'm loving the colors. They're bright and saturated, but they're so much more beautiful than neons which have definitely worn out their welcome.

I don't like it ... too much drape-y-ness.

I think that's what I like about some of the pieces so much though! It's one thing to be drapey but it's another thing to do it well. I think it was executed in some of the dresses brilliantly.

I like it! Beautiful, I like how the fabrics are drapping

I don't think I've enjoyed BCBG this much in a long time. I love how this manages to be dressy and matured but still casual with the looseness in the fit without looking like you're wearing a shapeless sack. And the color palette is lovely as well. Pretty impressed and absolutely in love with the white jumpsuit/romper piece on Aline.

^I agree with everything you said 100% its easy and comfortable yet so flattering and sexy I love the black jumpsuit on Kasia and the shoes are too die for!
