I have started working out again (getting my body back in shape for good this time)
And I am one of those individuals who needs to have something on my stomach (i've had too many fainting episodes in my life). Any suggestions on foods to eat before working out? I do spinning three days a week and low impact aerobics & body scuplting 3 days a week. I rest on Sunday.
