Probably from the bloating that comes with pregnancy, it can go in the face as well (it was really noticable on Rosie HW during her pregnancy, as well as Behati.) It usually goes down post-pregnancy, I doubt any surgeon would operate on a pregnant woman so I would assume it hasn't fully gone down yet.
