I loved the Prada Golf Collection. It was one of her best! What I would do to get my hands on a pair of shoes and one of the shirts from that show!

Fun thread, I can think of plenty but these two are what that I thought of right off the back.

The benchmark, this collection set the tone for Phoebe Céline in my opinion.

I know, I'm probably the only person on tFS who loved this collection. The waders, Zomby soundtrack. So unbelievably Prada.

no, I love it too! Those thigh-high boots were awesome!

I won’t post videos...It would be too long.

First of all, every Chanel collection from SS2010 to FW2019, except maybe for RTW SS2013 (pointless set, boring collection) could be ok the list. I’m biais but whether the collections were more my taste or not, it was always a pleasure to watch or attend any show. The show became an experience! Pure entertainment from Karl « Willy Wonka » Lagerfeld.

Plus, honorable mention to Balenciaga by NG. He managed to deliver entertainment with not so much.

So, my list:

- Balenciaga FW2010
- Haider Ackermann SS2010
- Tom Ford SS2011
- Prada & Prada Mens SS2011
- Alexander Wang FW2011
- Louis Vuitton FW2011
- Givenchy SS2012
- Balenciaga SS2012
- Rick Owens FW2012
- Louis Vuitton FW2012
- Louis Vuitton SS2013
- Raf Simons SS2014
- Céline SS2014
- Rick Owens SS2014
- Louis Vuitton FW2014
- Tom Ford SS2015
- Valentino HC FW2015
- Fendi HC FW2015
- Marc Jacobs SS2016
- Versace SS2016
- Saint Laurent Mens FW2016 L.A.
- Loewe FW2016
- Balenciaga FW2016
- Fendi HC FW2016
- Louis Vuitton SS2017 & Mens FW2017
- Céline SS2018
- Louis Vuitton Resort 2018 Kyoto
- Prada Mens SS2018
- Valentino HC SS & FW2018
- Pyer Moss SS2019

In retrospect, I liked the 10’s. It’s insane because so much happened, the industry changed a lot.
The 00’s will remain my absolute favorite era in terms of shows and everything.
The power of a beautiful girl, walking fast on the runway with a catching soundtrack is unbeatable.

Oh, I forgot a few ones.

Comme des Garcons FW and SS 2019 -such a sublime year for Rei-.
Koché FW 2016
Balenciaga FW 2016
Vetements FW 2015
Christian Dior FW HC 2012 and SS 2014.

Thanks! Was looking forward to your reply! I always enjoy reading your takes on fashion shows during the fashion weeks! I will re-see those collections.

Sorry, shouldn't a separate thread not be made (perhaps closer to the end of the year) for the best/defining collections of the 2010s? This one seems to be dedicated to most impressive shows (as spectacles), which is totally valid and interesting. Of course the two concepts of collections and shows often go hand in hand, but not always.

Céline S/S 2016 with the fabulous glass installation distorting the space.

Prada S/S 2015
Balenciaga F/W 10.11
Balenciaga F/W 16.17
Rick Owens S/S 2013
