I am simply loving the hair color change... unfortunately, Whitney Port made similar color change to her hair a couple weeks ago... so it seems that Blake is just following...

WTF? Look, I'm not her biggest fan, but all the same I don't hate on her either. But I can't but be shocked she made it to this list. I mean, all right, so Justin Beiber is there, but he's like 100X more popular than Blake among his fan group (tweens). To think that she's there whilst more talented and more successful girls aren't is fishy. I mean, why the frick isn't Kristen Stewart, whose movies make more money than every other franchise barring Harry Potter, on the list? Or Dan Radcliffe or Emma Watson for that matter? In what way is Blake more "influential" than these people? Gossip Girl enjoys a very small viewership compared to shows like Glee, her movie career is still to happen. And she makes it to this list! I know Wintour digs her, but can Anna really pull strings at TIME? I don't think so, which is why people suspect she's sleeping with some big wheel. The hype and undeserved exposure that surrounds her isn't commensurate with her talent (or lack thereof) and her success.

Her PR paid for it. Just like they paid to have mentions of her as a contender for roles in Dark Knight Rises, Gatsby, and Gravity. It happens all the time (see J.Lo's recent People's Sexiest Woman title).

Somebody on ONTD said she resembles Ariel from the Little Mermaid here. I can definitely see it now that it's been pointed out.

I honestly never thought she'd dye her hair. Part of her fame is because of her hair color. Is it for a role? The color definitely needs some tweaking.
