Botkier Bags

Hi everyone! i have sort of a silly question about my Botkier Bianca satchel in black that I just bought, but I would really appreciate anyone's opinion... Do you think it is bad if one of the pouches is more wrinkled or is deeper ingrained than the other pouch, which is pretty smooth?? I am totally obsessing over this little detail, so I would love if somebody (especially someone who owns a Bianca themselves) could assure me that it is not a big deal! Thank you!!

i dont think it's bad unless it's buggin you. i think they dont have as much control over matching hides and such with botkier. they're lambskin and they probably use 2-3 hides at least per bag. since no two hides are the same, there will be differences in the leather like that. some bags will be better than others. i think it's only a problem if it interferes with your appreciation of the bag. if so, return it for another.

I actually saw this ad for this Sasha bag and was wondering if anyone had seen it in person and what they think of it if they have...

I'm wondering how the leather feels and what the quality is like... especially because I would be leaning toward the black because I want a black bag...

(I really like it in the brown that is featured in the ad but bought a brown suede coffer recently and have an LV Speedy so I'm pretty much all set for big brown bags )

The one on the right costs $495.00, apparently the one in the ad is the Sasha Duffle ($695) and the black one if the hobo.

my only concern with the bag is that I think black leather sometimes has a tendency to look sort of cheap or like fake leather...

ladies - i think this "black rose" bag is going to be HOT for this coming f/w!

nm.com has it for pre-order right now ($675) and purseblog.com/bagsnob.com just did some blogs on this bag. they showed heidi klum carrying the black one. i am in love!!! nm.com has the bronze lambskin. i really love the braiding and the detachable rose coin purse that bag comes with.

Finally I got my first Botkier bag, and I love it I have been looking at the Bianca for years, but always bought something else - however it has been growing on me and when mywardrobe had there trickortreat promotion code, I got it! The color is bronze.

So glad to see this thread revived!! Botkier's quality is absolutely amazing for the price. I highly recommend them. I bought a bianca satchel last spring in ivory and used it to death - so I ordered a black one for fall/winter. It is the most user friendly bag - the rolled handles actually stay on your shoulder and still looks good arm carried - the outside pockets are perfect for organization - and the leather, hardware and suede (really nice, soft suede) interior are all of excellent quality. I love my Chanels and Balenciagas - but I depend on my Bianca!!
