I just heard my friend mentioning a flowery one that costs over USD7000, could this be the one???

I would pass on that bag travis. Something about the detailing and the curves of the bag make it look like a women's bag to me.

on the runway its carried by a women and the website has it under men(in the smaller size i want)

Ok... I just checked out the Bottega veneta site. and as much as I 'm fashion forward, I do't think it's ok for men to wear Purses! I understand a messanger bag/backpack/briefcase, but purses!!!! c'mon.

About the AB vs the BV...the Andrea Brueckner bags aren't really woven leather. Just embossed. So bottega veneta is much more of a value in everyway.

The website actually has the pricing in SGD too. Just choose Singapore as the country you want to see then you'll see the pricing in SGD. The price should be SGD 11k+.

I called the Bottega shop here and they already have the fall collection in, all except the special skinned bags. They do have the bag I want. Now really thinking if I should splurge.

Too bad they don't have this wallet. Where online can I get Bottega? I"m really loving this wallet.

kare, I received a BV catalog and have been dying to get my hands on the "longer" wallet just like that one. I that they put that raised flower on it. The only place that I can think of that sells authentic BV is NAP. Maybe someone else will have some other suggestions.

Absolutely! Actually it IS a men's bag. That what the SA told me and that's the way it's marketed in their new catalog. It really does have a manly look to it. I think you'd more than pull it off, you'd carry it the way it was intended to be carried .

Too bad NAP doesn't carry that wallet. I asked the SA here why they do not carry this wallet, and they told me the raised flower isn't too practical on the wallet blah blah blah.

I don't care. I just want this wallet. I've been wanting a new wallet for some time, and nothing catches my eyes, until this. I am determined to get this I'm going to try calling the NY store and see if they ship internationally.

I bet they will ship internationally and like you, the selling point on this wallet IS the raised flower, practical or not, I think it would sell very well . Good luck in finding it .

Finally I set my eyes on the $7k Jardin bag, and hmm, I'm not loving it (thank goodness!!!!). It's pretty bulky.

However, I was told that they are bringing in the wallet of the Jardin range afterall so I don't have to order from the NY store (although they would gladly send it to me!).
