I agree with the bulkiness of the bag. They should have put that handle on a hobo. It would have made a great bag.

That wallet is gorgeous. Apparently they are coming out with embossed bags as well. I'd can't wait to see them.

can you describe how the bag opens and what's going on with the plain leather over the woven leather on the side -- is it a flap that you can lift up and it's woven underneath or is the woven leather just an accent? does the bag come in any other colors? and is it deerskin or napa?

both Neiman's and Saks have the woven hobo with an embossed floral print. you can barely see it (at least in the pictures -- maybe it's more pronounced in RL). if it looks like it does in the pics, it doesn't do much for me.

I would probably use the Cervo Cocker as a handbag, as opposed to a shoulder bag. I'm realling ing it.

And I like the embossed wallet. Hopefully it comes in the billfold size. I'm in need of another wallet, and I have yet to find a wallet I love.

The bag has these flappy things on top that are magnetic for easy closure and opening. The woven part is connected to the smooth sides...it's hard to describe but you know how some bags are folded but can be extended? The folded part is the woven part and therefore it adds to the bulkiness. I don't think it comes in any other colors but I'm not too sure...and it is made of deerskin, which is very soft and supple !
