... My P.E. teacher looked exactly like her when she was young :)
Thanks for the pictures Queen!

I like her style. She was a huge trendsetter in her time. And she was insanely beautiful , specially on screen.

As far as her personnality goes I don't know ... it's dificult to judge her ... I mean she's holed up in her house and has dedicated her life to the protection of animals. She says the more beautiful thing ever said to her was being called the animal's fairy by a child. That's cute IMO but on the other hand she hates the whole humanity and has cut herself from the world saying that mankind has always let her down.

she was trully a "blond bombshell".
has anybody seen her in that movie with Claudia Cardinale? they were both amazing there.

I have read her book "Initials B.B." and I think she is fantastic! She loves animals as much as I do :) And her style..Applause!

she is is only beautifull from the outside..

^ There's some good in her (Star WarsTM quote LOL) if her dedication to animals's protection is anything to go by.

I think she's more batsh!t insane than evil but that's just my opinion.

JustLooking she's 170 cm , 5ft 7

I thin kate Moss & Brigitte may look similar on one level but I don't think Kate has that sex kitten prowess that BB had.

I still like her today as she is a stong supporter of animal rights and campaigns endlessly and its refreshing to see that even though she skin has aged she hasn't turned into one of those ridiculous looking women full of fillers & botox.

I wonder when society will accept an older looking face - as beautiful as we all may when we are young there is no doubt that if you are fortunate enough to live to a ripe old age you too will look just as haggered or try and change nature and look like Joan Rivers !!

I think she's wonderful and I understand her feelings towards humans. It just depends on how you are treated by people and things in life that you notice. She's not evil and she would not kill people or anything drastic,it's just her outlook-everyones life is quite different. She is the most beautiful woman EVER and makes todays sex symbols look like little boys and I LOVE how much devotion she has for animals. She just looks incredible in old pictures and I think as an old lady she looks cute and I'm glad she didnt get plastic surgery. She's my role model.

if everyone's outlook was like that, the world would be a pretty grim place. also, she values animals higher than human suffering and that's pretty odd. she is beautiful but as someone said, only beautiful from the outside

She is one of my absolute favorite fashion/beauty icons. Though I hear she has some pretty atrocious social beliefs.

Here are some of my favorites:

Well, her beliefs may be justified by the fact that humans have caused the most suffering to the world by their anthropocentric views in destroying entire species for their own selfish desires as well as ruining the ecological harmony of the land. Our air, water, earth and even quality of life has been polluted. Animals do not harm for selfish reasons unlike ourselves, they do not kill without purpose, they take only what they need. They are valuable in preserving our earth's natural balance and circle of life whereas we've only destroyed any sort of nature. I can see VERY easily how some people may prefer the peace and love of animals as opposed to humans. :flower:

not to get into the fray of her morals or ethics or politics, thanks for this thread just for the fab pics. her style back then inspires me- ahhhh so beautiful- i am curious someone mentioned a film she did with claudia cardinale- what is the name of it?
