If it was a true semi-permanent, it should come out relatively easily. Try to ask your stylist exactly what they used on your hair.Chic Hippy said:Hi Everyone .... I'm new here and this is my first post. Nice to meet you all. I've came to all you knowledgable style gurus for some advice![]()
I'm a natural blond and my salon has been using a semi-permanent brown on my hair. I now want to return to blond and my stylist is saying that I won't be able to![]()
My hairstylist doesn't want to use bleach on my hair (and I don't want her to as it will ruin my hair) but I desperately want to return to blond.
Has anyone else had this experience and went from blond, brown to blond again ? How long did the process take ? Did you have to dye it back progressively or did you just go straight for the bleach ?
Please help.
Many thanks in advance.
Erin said:^ The thing is... the natural color blonde is so light that darker colors tend to ruin the color, whether it's semi-permanent or not. Being a brunette, as you are, it is easier to go lighter and/or darker with no committment. Lucky!
