Burt's Bees Skincare products

Does anyone know if the Burt's Bees range is available in Australia?

i love the lipbalm, the carrot nutritive body lotion that i great on ur face as well and baby bees buttermilk lotion.

I'm a big fan of their lip balm. It's minty and it doesn't leave any greasy residue on your lips.

Lipbalm is great. I like the Garden Tomato toner, and their complexion soap is wonderfful.

Update!

ok, my hairs really shiny now, but i think its a lil dry when i feel it... could it be because i dont have all that slick, waxy conditioning residue:sick: in my hair anymore? ooo, and another thing-my hair has to be washed twice as much now, is that because the shampoos gentle and not stripping my hairs moisture? or is it cuz its just not working?

ANyone? Help! :flower:

Ok I am so excited that I need to share. Tonight I went to a free Burt's Bees seminar at my local health food store. This woman who works for them led the meeting. She talked all about the history of the company, the products, and gave skincare tips. Then we got these amazing free gift bags with a whole bunch of their products! To top it off, the store offered the products to buy after the class at a discount. I took my mom with me, and she couldn't stop looking at her goody bag in the car on the way home. :)

Oh my. I'm obsessed with Burt's Bees! All of their products are amazing!
I use the Milk & Honey Body Lotion on my face, actually. I find that it's very light and gentle for my skin.
LOVE the lipbalm.
Their hand salve and hand cremes are wonderful as well, especially in the winter.

Haven't yet tried their makeup, although next time I have some extra money (haha!), I'm going to buy some makeup, as well as the bug spray. (I'm curious. I don't use regular bug sprays because I hate to spray poisen on my skin....I'm intrigued by Burt's.)

^ Oddly enough, they didn't talk about the makeup. Some woman asked a question about the tinted moisturizer but it was at the very end, and we were leaving. The girl who ran the thing said that the plant is very cool because there are tubs of edible ingredients like avacado, apples, honey, etc. Their philosophy is that you shouldn't put anything on your body that you wouldn't put in your mouth. She said that there is a men's care line coming out in September and that soon their moisturizers will have SPF in them. Also the only difference between the two blemish sticks is the packaging. She said they have two different kinds to appeal to guys and girls, so if your store is out of one, the other is totally the same except for the packaging.

bump this up. i am a HUGE fan of burts bees. using their radiance line, which is EXCELLENT.

what's in their radiance line? i don't think i've heard of it....

i've been using their SPF 30 for the face and even though it says non-whitening it is a bit thick and my skin doesn look whiter when i put it on...
so i actually layer some neutrogena tinted moisturizer on top of it to blend better and give my face a fresher, more alive look...

i do think my skin has looked better since i started using it though..

i have yet to find a hand cream by burt's that i really love though...
bought a new one recently and feel like the smells of the creams they have always gross me out somehow... :ermm:

it's the one with royal jelly, comprises of day cream, day lotion (with spf), night cream, serum, eye cream, lip shimmer and... i guess that's all.

the have sample pack in radiance kit, though.

I use their shampoos and conditioners, almond milk hand cream and their foot lotion.

^
yeah I just picked up the grapefruit and beet sugar shampoo. The smell kind of weirded me out at first, and it was difficult getting used to the lack of lather, but I've noticed a difference in my hair. I love the carrot day cream though.

just discovered and LOVE citrus scrub. it really scrubs well without being too harsh. my bumps are gone in ONE single usage!

I have always liked the Lip balm, of course, and I've tried the raspberry shampoo, which I liked. I think I tried a coconut or cocoa butter intense conditioner and it was nothing special. Certainly not worth $15.00 or whatever.

read somewhere that you can use coconut foot cream as leave in conditioner (it's coconut oil, anyway, which is folk remedies for hair thinning)
love it and love the smell. the thick oil just dissolves into my hair without weighting it down.

I've tried the lip balm. It tastes good, but that's really it...

I have repurchased the Burt's Bees Lemon Butter cuticle cream time after time, and it is the best thing for dry cuticles and hands. I even apply it to my knees, elbows and lips before I go to bed.

I'd love to know more about their haircare, but there doesn't seem to be a thread for it.
Which hair products have people on here used and how did you find them?
I saw a green tea shampoo and conditioner with I think coconut and other oils in, which I really like the sound of, and it's so hard to find such natural beauty care, but it's a little more expensive than my regular shampoo (I use a kerastase conditioner however to try and erase the heat damage) so just wanted to hear some opinions before I splurge.
Being a poor student sucks when it comes to feeding yourself and hair/skin goodness...
