I would be very surprised if she was. People is just a popularity contest. When they say most beautiful, the list usually comprise of the A-list Hollywood celebs and people who are currently in the news.

I never take any of their list seriously. Seems Camilla and other more worthy people (who aren't A-list) are almost never on the list.

Ok, I like her, she's got a nice style, but honestly, nothing really interesting. She dresses as any other girl in my city, but ofcourse you can get some ideas from her, that for sure, especially with the accesories!
