Cara Delevingne: I want to be covered in tattoos

As 21-year-old model Cara Delevingne shows off another new tattoo, she tells ink artist Daniel Tucci she has no plans of stopping.

It all started with the lion etched on Cara Delevingne's index finger in May and the 'Made in England' stamp that tattoo artist Bang Bang McCurdy branded the sole of her left foot with just one week after. Since then the 21-year-old has been unable to quench her ink addiction.

A visit to McCurdy with 'wifey' Rita Ora promptly ensued in September for tatt number three, whereby the model had her mother, Pandora's name inked onto the lower bicep of her left arm.

While Bang Bang reportedly urged Cara to take caution before committing to another sketch, the rebellious model appeared not to take heed. On DKNY's spring/summer 2013 shoot yesterday a brand new tatt peeped out the top of her orange flippy dress. Tattooist Daniel Tucci later revealed that he had etched the "Number 12 in black numerals about five centimetres big on her" during Cara's recent stay in Rio de Janeiro.

But why stop inking when your model agency has pleaded you to? Delevingne chose behind her ear for the next tatt spot, though the Instagram happy model is yet to showcase a snap on her social media account.

"She loves tattoos and isn't going to stop, she wants to be covered in tattoos eventually," divulged Tucci to the Metro.

Let's hope the film agents behind Cara's newly landed screen roles are cool with her tattoos; especially the one of a burger (Cara's favourite food) that she plans to get.

Awww I like how she wears her sneaks (although the wedge ones, do they really count as sneakers?!) all the time. Reminds me of Kate Moss in her Adidas days. <3

Although, I do agree re. all the tatts. Lay off Cara! Wait until you're at least 25 years old! Over time things, signs, totems etc that you think are meaningful to you can change. And good grief, it's a bit unprofessional for a professional model/actress to be covered in tatts. It's meant to be about what or who you're representing or portraying, not about you as a person. Plenty of time for tatts later in life.

Although, it seems she may go the road of professional celebrity, rather than professional model or actress.

I don't think Cara even cares that she is putting her career at risk :D

She's had a whirlwind few weeks which have seen her jet between London, Paris, Rio de Janeiro and New York City in the past fortnight alone.

And the strain of being the world's most in-demand supermodel appeared to be starting to show as Cara Delevingne stepped out in the Big Apple on Wednesday.

Proving what a difference a day can make, the 21-year-old queen of the catwalk looked tired and drawn as she headed back to her hotel with a bag of take-out food.
