It looks like eczema to me, a friend of mine has it and it looks exactly the same... Its a long-term skin disorder that involves scaly and itchy rashes

Hopefully it's just a flare up due to the stress of the shows.

Good to know beautiful models suffer from these kind of things too though, and still carry on being successful despite it.
I sometimes suffer form eczema and this definitely raises my confidence level about it.
