Carol Christian Poell - Designer

I always thought it would be ackward to ask someone:

"Is that a fake Carol Christian Poell?!? :o " Doesn't seem unlikely now, though.

Who makes a fake CCP, though? Nobody knows about him..

a couple of years back another one of those was up on ebay, I think in black....
unfortunately I think they are real....

the shirt is real. i've seen them in stores. it's really old though. he used to use a lot of synthetics, which i did not like.

Alright people! I am very excited!!!! I am going to Paris to shop CCP!:p

It is confirmed!!!!

I am contacting L'eclure right now to see what they have...

Anyone in US want me to buy something for them????

I would be more than happy to help out fellow TFS members. The benefit of Detax... so I guess you are getting a 12% discounted on NOW the slow to discount CCP if any.

:innocent:

you're going to get me presents? sure how about 3 pairs of ccp boots, and everything from this season in overlock- trousers, shirts, bomber, blazer, etc. you're the greatest! :D haha

do you know how much they're selling the overlock blazer for?

Ah, you're the greatest, Ionn. Too bad I don't have enough money to spend on any full-price CCP right now, or I'd take you up on that offer.

I know! it is killing me that the CCP is soooo crazily expensive... oh well... that's why I am offering TFS fellows some break!!!!

I am only going to be in Paris for one day before heading to other European countries... I was not certain until today.

Ionn - you know you should go to Rue Herold rather than Rue Mahler - much bigger selection of CCp and good freaky experience! Have a great time by the way...

Who would of thought, though? This is exactly what you'd expect CCP and his followers to stray far, far away from.

I guess the thing to say here is "everyone makes mistakes"???

Oh no no no no no, this was certainly not a mistake. I mean, how can you accidentally make a shirt out of polyester and accidentally logo it and accidentallyput it in such a horrid color?

I don't think that was a mistake.

Well, I'm sure he probably regrets it now. I'm gonna let this one slide...

Btw, Raijin, I just emptied my box. But you can type it here. Sorry..:flower:

Size 50 (32" waist) on eBay, Buy In Now for $68. There's some other CCP on eBay right now, as well.

yes, the logoing puzzles me. i've seen a few other pieces of his with logos on it- maybe he went on vacation and someone took over for a season..... i hope.

Bah, pants don't fit me. Although, frankly, they're quite boring..
