I absolutely LOVE Carolina Liar! It sounds silly, but it kinda feels like I discovered them (at least among my friends), cause I remember hearing one of their songs on The Hills and then I spent like an hour trying to find out what song that was, lol. There was like no info about them online back then.

Its funny actually I did something similar like 6 months ago and all they really had was their myspace, they've just exploded onto the scene now! So chuffed for them!

They're quite good! I saw them open for a band about a year ago and now I'm hooked. I agree, they're beginning to become ubiquitous. I think it's good though, at least people recognize their talent. I hope they headline a tour in the US soon.

Woah I've totally abandoned this thread as of late

To those of you who are interested Chad announced on twitter a few days ago that Max the drummer has left the band as he missed home. They previously reformed as a 4 piece during the summer due to costs. But a replacement drummer seems to be in the works already!
