I think that she just trying too hard to stand out and set trends, but this time she is just completly off. The upper part of her dress looks like some old grandma shirt.

Scarlett's over-all look doesn't look well. Sharon Stone, I don't like her outfit, but suits her so well. The rest are either boring (Mandy, Alyson, Mariska) predictable (Naomi), or trying hard (Chloe Sevigny, ). Liz is somehwhere in between.
