Celine Fall/Winter 2005, Paris

like this collection, although its not exactly what i was expecting for celine....

I agree with Mutterlein, these clothes are designed for grandmothers, Kors produced amazing Celine collections.

I don't quite agree with Menichetti for Celine. His vision just doesn't seem to be working for me.

I'm glad MulletProof put the YSL bag with the Celine bag. That is exactly what I saw when I saw that bag.

thx for the pictures brian and ella

It's the one highly sophisticated and ' ladylike ' collection that LVMH possesses ( certainly now that ' the ladies who lunch ' Christian Lacroix
has been sold off ) .

Does he have his own-name collection for women , as he does for men ?

yes...i think i saw it at barney's...
but it was very basic and it was the end of the season so i couldn't really get a sense of it...

i'll have to have a look next time i'm up there...

I've always liked Celine a lot, it really fits my style, it's always very classic. I didn't like Menichetti's first collection that much, but this one's better. Good looks, but some bad colors. I didn't like the sort of burnt orange color or the purple, looked kind of cheap.

My two favorites:
