i like last year cruise better then this one,(colors,cuts,texture)this one is more of typical SS chanel. SS would have suite this collection better IMO

those sandal/boots are just a bad idea. i give them points for pushing the boundaries of fashion, but come on

every tacky shoe store in italy must've been pushing boundaries for the last 3 years then, cause those ugly things have been a MUST - HAVE for our own version of 'guidos' for the last few summers. they are vile and hurt my eyes and now i get to see them on a chanel runway as well. what was karl thinking

anyway there are some very pretty clothes and some intensely ugly pieces, i mean, what is THIS:

There were too many looks in this collection that I could and would wear and that is not a good thing in a 'W.C Fields not wanting to join any club that would have him' kind of way; there are too many items in this collection that look like they would fit in quite well in a Talbots, Chadwick's or Jones NY catalog.

i think it's really better than the saint tropez collection and it feels like the chanel around 2003 or 2004, the catwalk is still elegent and a little bit of royal style. can't wait for the whole show

Some outfits look...cheap

I like some of the dresses/gowns as well as a number of the swimsuits. But I dislike much of the daywear. And those boots - Mon Dieu! Not good.
