I love Chanel and i like Gisele but for me the two doesn't work together.
I don't feel like she brings something to Chanel.
Her RTW campaign was great and this is also great but it's almost too perfect and quite lifeless.

I loved Nicole because it was regal, beyond glamourous and very cinematic/dramatic.
I also loved the Estelle Warren campaign. It was fun and sexy.

I feel like N°5 needs to be represented by an icon or the ad should be iconic enough.
Gisele is THE supermodel but i picture her more as a eau premiere woman than the actual n°5.

I want Jean Paul Goude to be in charge of all of their perfume ads and maybe it's time for Vanessa Paradis to be the face of N°5.

I agree with the user above. I love Gisele and Chanel as a brand but their collaboration it just doesn't work for me . She is a versatile model and can do so many things effortlessly, but she is so not Chanel

She's just not gracious enough, look at that last two shots. So contrived. It could be for Gap as far as I'm concerned. Even Audrey was better than her. Nicole's was still the best. I'm anxious to find out who'll be next. My guess is yet another Hollywood celebrity. If Karl had his way it would be Kristen Stewart, I'm sure.

I agree with all above. Chanel needs someone who can bring that old Holllywood chic and that's not Gisele.

When Karl dismissed Audrey Tautou, he said that if they have asked, he would have wanted Penelope Cruz as the face of n°5.
But i wonder if he will not go for Julianne Moore instead.

Kristen is more a Coco Mademoiselle girl than a n°5.

Giselle set up her career as the perfect girl next door. she was fresh faced, not too out there, slightly conventional.

its great for many things, but i also agree with Chanel No 5 needing a true Hollywood diva. a Cate Blanchett. Julianne Moore.

I like Gisele but i think Audrey Tautou's N°5 is one of the best perfume campaigns that i've ever seen.
