Miles better than the old ads with Carmen Electra.
Those didn't say Hollywood at all....they were more like MAC ripoffs with bad CGI makeup.

These shots with Gisele are gorgeous.

I hope they are going to carry out a change of image since I find Gisele to be too edgy for the brand. Either way hope for their own sake that they over-priced super model will generate tons of money.

So it comes to pass at last, after all the rumours. The only reason why I can't see them replacing Carmen with Gisele in Europe is contract negotiations. It's not for the profile. We might know her well, but to most people, she's Carmen Who?

In those shots, that hair breaks my heart. I wonder if we're going to get a Catherine Zeta-Jones/Elizabeth Arden aesthetic where every campaign is a mild variant on the image of glamour, never deviating too far into anything risque. Oh, it'll sell, and we'll like the look of it, but given the team involved, it won't be a stretch of their talents, any of them.

I don't like that black background you see in some Max Factor ads, I find it's very negative, and here it makes me think there's really bad lighting on Gisi's face, and that's why it all looks so woeful. I'm going to tell myself that this is a rush job, and that the real campaign will start soon.

I have to agree, I dont like the one in green, neither make up colors on her nor the photo itself, but the other three are wonderful and I certainly want to see more !!!
